Neethu is researching machine learning approaches for handling imbalanced data in engineering applications. Her work concentrates on designing models that can learn complex features with optimized parameters and integrate metadata to enhance performance and generalization capability while addressing key challenges in real-world applications with scarce labeled data.

Neethu completed her B. Tech in Information Technology and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kerala. Her research focuses on machine learning. She has qualified for GATE and UGC-NET and started her teaching career in 2017. Her teaching philosophy in the classroom is "learning by doing." She has more than six years of teaching experience in the Engineering stream at University of Kerala and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
